PLAN A LOAD / CARE MARKS + COLOUR
Before you press start.
Your saved garments can help you plan a wash. Assign each one a colour family and the planner finds potential machine-wash groups using the lowest temperature ceiling and gentlest required cycle. It never guarantees two items can safely share a load.
01 / YOUR LOCAL WARDROBE
Choose each garment's colour family.
Your items come from My wardrobe in the decoder. Saving a real label requires no account. Unknown colours cannot be grouped.
Hand-wash, do-not-wash and unknown-temperature items are excluded from machine batches. Colour buckets are your choice, not a colourfastness assessment.
Your cautious load plan

02 / WHY THIS IS CONSERVATIVE
A matching number is not a washing compatibility test.
Different dyes can bleed, rough fabrics can abrade fine knits, towels shed lint and heavily soiled articles may need separate treatment. The American Cleaning Institute recommends sorting by colour, soil level, fabric and care instructions. The planner groups only similar machine-wash conditions, separates delicate fabric categories, and leaves every missing instruction unknown.
Drying, bleaching and ironing are separate decisions. Never use a common drying setting just because garments shared a washing batch. Read the ACI laundry sorting reference ↗
